1:1 Mindful Mentoring

A Safe Space to Heal, Reconnect, and Grow

My 1:1 Mindful Mentoring sessions are created for those who are ready to move beyond old patterns and reconnect with themselves on a deeper level.

This isn’t about “fixing” who you are, it’s about understanding yourself, healing what’s been holding you back, and learning how to move through life with greater awareness, calm, and confidence.

Each session is guided intuitively, meeting you exactly where you are in your journey.

What We Explore Together

Every session is unique, but often includes a combination of:

  • Mindfulness Practices - grounding tools and simple techniques to help you stay present and calm in everyday life.

  • Emotional Awareness & Regulation - learning how to understand, process, and safely release emotions.

  • Releasing Old Stories & Beliefs - using NLP and subconscious tools to shift limiting patterns and self-talk.

  • Rebuilding Self-Worth - cultivating confidence, self-trust, and compassion toward yourself.

  • Creating Alignment - supporting you to live more intentionally, connected to your values and truth.

Who These Sessions Are For

1:1 Mindful Mentoring is for:

  • Women who are tired of people-pleasing, overthinking, or carrying the weight of everyone else’s expectations.

  • Teens who are learning to trust themselves, build confidence, and express who they are without fear.

  • Anyone navigating a season of change, self-discovery, or healing and wanting a safe space to explore what’s next.

You don’t need to have everything figured out - just a willingness to begin.

What You Can Expect

Each mentoring journey is unique, but you can expect:

  • A safe, judgment-free space to share openly.

  • Grounding and reflection practices to support nervous system regulation.

  • Simple mindfulness tools you can use in your daily life.

  • Clarity, perspective, and gentle accountability to help you stay connected to your growth.

Sessions can be held in person or online, depending on what feels most supportive for you.

Session Length: 60 minutes
Availability: Limited spaces each month for adults and teens
Location: In person or online via Zoom
