Why We Created the Be YOU Project
At the core of the Be YOU Project is the belief that no one should feel like they need to be anything other than who they are. We’ve seen firsthand how societal expectations, peer pressure, and negative self-image can impact girls and women.
Our goal is to provide the tools, support, and community needed to help them rise above these pressures and love themselves completely.

Ages 9-12
Discovering Self-Worth and Confidence
For girls aged 9-12, the Be YOU Project focuses on creating a safe, nurturing environment where they can start to understand their unique strengths, develop self-confidence, and learn the importance of self-worth. Through fun, engaging activities and hands-on exercises, we introduce topics like kindness to oneself, understanding emotions, and finding courage. This program encourages young girls to celebrate who they are and discover their voice, setting a strong foundation for self-belief and resilience as they grow.
13-17
Embracing Identity and Building Resilience
For teenage girls aged 13-17, the Be YOU Project is designed to help them navigate the challenges of adolescence with confidence and resilience. In this supportive space, we focus on topics like self-worth, healthy boundaries, managing social pressures, and developing a positive mindset. Through interactive discussions, guided activities, and group reflection, they’ll learn to embrace their individuality, challenge limiting beliefs, and build lasting inner confidence. This program equips teens with the tools to trust themselves, express their authentic selves, and step into their power.
Women
Healing, Empowerment, and Stepping into True Worth
For women of all ages, the Be YOU Project offers a transformative journey toward healing, self-acceptance, and personal empowerment. This program invites women to explore their inner world, release old narratives, and rediscover the self-worth and confidence that may have been buried beneath life’s challenges. Through reflective exercises, self-love practices, and supportive group discussions, women are guided to reconnect with their true selves, embrace their strength, and live authentically. This is a space for healing, growth, and realizing the power within.

About Us
Meet Jess Lincoln,
the heart behind the Be YOU Project.
Hi, I’m Jess Lincoln, a passionate coach, mentor, and advocate for women and girls learning to embrace their true selves.
My journey hasn’t been an easy one. Like so many, I’ve had to overcome deep-rooted beliefs of "I'm not enough" and "I'm unworthy." But through my own healing and personal growth, I’ve discovered the power that comes from recognising your worth, breaking old patterns, and living unapologetically as YOU.
This experience fuels my purpose behind the Be YOU Project. It’s more than a program, it’s a movement to help young girls and women step into their power, own their worth, and rewrite the stories they’ve been told about themselves. I know first hand how challenging that journey can be, and I want to make sure that no one feels like they have to do it alone.
To ensure this program is accessible to those who need it most, I’ve partnered with The Hervey Bay Neighbourhood Centre, the Australian Government Department of Social Services, and Social Shift. I know that those who need support the most are often the ones who face financial barriers to access it. By working together with these organisations, we’re able to offer the Be YOU Project completely free of charge, removing the financial burden so that more girls and women can experience the growth, confidence, and self-belief that they deserve.

This is my heart’s work, and I’m so proud to walk this journey with every girl and woman who joins us.
Because when you know your worth, there’s nothing you can’t overcome.
Join us and discover the power of being YOU.
