Refund Policy
At Jess Lincoln Coaching and Services, we are committed to providing high-quality experiences through our Mindful Healing Circles, retreats, and other services. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we aim to be as accommodating as possible. This policy outlines our refund and cancellation procedures.
Mindful Healing Circles
Refunds: If you are unable to attend a Mindful Healing Circle, we offer a full refund provided you give at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the event.
Cancellations within 24 Hours: Unfortunately, if notice is given less than 24 hours before the event, refunds will not be provided.
Transfers: If you cannot attend but would like to transfer your booking to another date, please reach out at least 24 hours before the event, and we will do our best to accommodate your request, depending on availability.
For in person 1:1 Services
Refunds: A full refund is available if the cancellation is made at least 72 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Cancellations within 72 hours: Unfortunately, the deposit will not be refunded for any cancellations made after this period.
For telehealth/online appointments
Refunds: A full refund is available if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Cancellations within 24 hours: Unfortunately, cancellations made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
Please note: All bookings require a deposit to be paid at the time of making the appointment. If your appointment is cancelled within the timeframes listed above, your deposit is not refundable.
No Refunds for No-Shows
We do not provide refunds or credit for no-shows. If you do not attend an event or retreat and fail to notify us in accordance with the cancellation terms outlined above, no refunds or transfers will be available.
Payment Plans
If you have opted for a payment plan, all payments must be completed according to the agreed schedule. In the case of cancellations, refunds will only be provided for the amount paid if you notify us in line with the cancellation periods outlined above.
Cancellation by Jess Lincoln Coaching and Services
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to another event of equal value. We will notify you as soon as possible in the event of a cancellation.
