I offer a range of services including Mindful Healing Circles, one-on-one coaching sessions, and immersive retreats. These experiences integrate techniques like Hypnosis, Meditation, Timeline Therapy, and NLP to help you reconnect with your true self, decondition from limiting beliefs, and heal from past traumas.

2. Who are your services for?
My services are designed for women who are on a journey to heal, connect with their true selves, and trust their intuition. Whether you’re looking to overcome trauma, regulate your nervous system, or simply reconnect with your inner strength, my offerings are tailored to support you in your growth.

3. How can Human Design help me?
Human Design is a powerful tool that helps you understand your unique energetic blueprint. By learning how you’re designed to operate, you can align more closely with your true self, make decisions with greater clarity, and live a life that feels more authentic and fulfilling.

4. Do I need any prior experience with meditation or NLP?
No prior experience is necessary! Whether you’re new to these practices or have been exploring them for years, my offerings are designed to meet you where you are. I provide guidance and support to ensure that you feel comfortable and empowered throughout the process.

5. What should I bring to a Mindful Healing Circle or retreat?
For Mindful Healing Circles, you should bring a journal, a pen, and an open heart. For retreats, we will provide a detailed list of what to bring upon registration, which typically includes comfortable clothing, any personal items you need for the day, and a willingness to explore your inner world.

6. Can I get a refund if I can't attend an event?
Yes, I offer refunds under certain conditions. For Mindful Healing Circles, refunds are available if you cancel at least 24 hours in advance. For retreats, we require at least 2 weeks’ notice for a full refund. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.

7. How do I book a session or event?
