Re-Parenting Your Inner Child- Masterclass

Inside this masterclass we are going to understand exactly what is "our Inner Child", where does this term come from and how do we Re-Parent it.

Our Inner Child isn't something to be afraid of and within this masterclass we will run through a few different activities and end our session with a beautiful meditation.

This Masterclass will be kept super intimate and I will be there for you to reach out to at any point to help guide or reconnect you with your body and get out of your head.
